Welcome to my accessibility journey!

So I know this really doesn’t have anything to do with accessibility, but I’m just so proud. My poem, To Be A Bird, was published by Consilience. I have attached the link below. It just goes to show you that just because you have a disability doesn’t mean you can’t be create or have success. You can do anything you put your mind to, no what your disability is, as long as you work hard and are patient. I love creative writing. It’s what pushed me to start this blog in the first place. Anyone can be creative.

I’m Sarah!

Welcome to Rolling with Sarah! I am a 26-year-old wheelchair user from Merrickville, Ontario. Throughout my life, I have encountered both amazing accessibility and impossible to believe barriers On this site, I will document my journey as a person with a disability. My highs, my lows, and everything in between. I will recognize accessibility efforts by others, as well as what I am doing to improve accessibility myself. Roll along with me!
